They are super amazing, aren’t they?? Me too, I don’t think I will be able to cook that many per day. I’m just cooking 1 or 2 dishes per day, sometimes, I don’t even know what to cook for dinner. Hopefully, one day, possibly next 30 or 40 years, we could cook like them. The ribs turn out really nice with the Thai marinade, although I think I won’t have lamb for another 1 month as it’s such a big slab of meat for 1 person.

Right now I can only afford to make a dish per meal, so I was in awe of how our mother/grandma was able to make 4-5 dishes for us, everyday! Also the Thai marinade sounds so yummy Ange! How good does the ribs look? <3
