“Spicy Food, Chocolaty Love, Fusion Family”
Welcome to Chindian Kitchen !!!
I’m Angel. I’m just starting this blog early this year 2015. I’m new to all of this food blogging and photography stuffs, and so excited to learn more about it. I always feel passionate about food, especially something sweet and has chocolate in it. My husband, Dydy, love eating food so much. That’s how we make such a great team, where I love to cook, and he love to eat.
I decided to create this blog because of the full encouragement and support from my husband, Dydy. I love to cook, bake and experiment with food, but I never have the courage to start the blog. When I first start experimenting with food few years back, 8 out of 10 dishes will turn out to be the epic disaster. My lab rat sweet husband, still finish up everything happily because he said that it is made out of love. Thank you, Dydy.
Most of the recipes in this Chindian Kitchen will be quick and easy recipes that I cook for everyday meals. With a simple and fresh ingredients, I create a delicious, stomach-warming food for my husband. Sometimes, I also like to challenge myself and create more sophisticated restaurant-style & gourmet food to impress Dydy, especially during the weekend. It feels AWESOME when he is excited to try my food.
In this Chindian Kitchen, based in Sydney, Australia, I also like to experiment with variety of Cuisine, from Chinese, Japanese, Korea, India, Mexican, Thai, Malaysia, Western food, and fusion of different cuisine. Me and dydy love Multi-culture, as you can see how we are a multi-culture couple.
Talking about multi-culture, the name of this blog, is actually inspired by our multi-culture love. Chinese + Indian = Chindian. This blog also encourage and cheering all multi-culture couple, especially Chinese and Indian couple out there. Love doesn’t discriminate colour, language or culture. Me and Dydy, went through a long memorable journey to come to this point. If we can do it, you can do it too. You just have to fight harder for love and start to live for yourself, not live for others. We only have 1 life. Enjoy your life with food.
